Meet the artist

Carla Gasparrini is an Argentinian visual artist and designer whose work explores memory, everyday life, and emotional connections through drawing. Working primarily with pencil, she embraces manual techniques as a quiet resistance to the speed of contemporary life. Her drawings often reflect landscapes shaped by personal experience, time, and silence, focusing on meaningful people and places from her life. She has exhibited her work in Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Portugal, Peru, and the United States, including shows at ARCO Madrid, Fig Bilbao, Pinta Lima, and the Raúl Lozza Museum of Contemporary Art. Her work is part of public and private collections in Spain and the U.S.

Through her practice, she encourages others to find beauty in simplicity and explore drawing as a powerful form of artistic expression.
